Problem

Each quality job application took ~20 min of manual work: finding the role, checking fit, tailoring the resume, and logging it. At 5-7 apps a day, that's 2+ hours of repetitive overhead daily.

Solution

Built a multi-tool Dust agent that searches the web for relevant roles, scores match fit against my resume (0-100%), generates tailored resume drafts in Google Docs, deduplicates against a Google Sheets tracker, and monitors Gmail for confirmations, rejections, and interview invites.
